This policy explains, in plain language, what Spanio collects, why, who helps us process it, and — just as importantly — what we will never do with it. Spanio (“we,” “us”) is a lifestyle-habit web app at spanio.app, operated by [ENTITY NAME] (currently a sole proprietorship pre-incorporation). Questions live at support@spanio.app.
To run the service you asked for: to compute your number and plan, keep you signed in, take payment, email you the things you expect (your results, a receipt, a re-score reminder), and keep the app working. That’s the whole list.
We use a small set of trusted service providers, each handling only the slice of data it needs to do its job:
We run ads, and we measure whether they work. On our public funnel pages only — never inside the member app — the Meta Pixel and Conversions API report a few standard events (page view, assessment completed, checkout started, purchase). To match those events to an ad, Meta receives a hashed (scrambled) version of your email and nothing more.
Meta never receives your habit answers, your number, or your plan. The moment you’re a member, the ad tools are gone — members are not ad inventory.
We keep your account, answers, and results for as long as your account exists, because your trajectory over time is the product. When you delete your account, we delete them (see below). We keep minimal billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and cookieless analytics is aggregated and not tied to your identity.
These are real, not gestures. Delete: from your settings, one tap removes your account and everything with it — your answers, your results, your history — and cancels any active subscription. It is a genuine hard delete, not a hidden archive.
Access and export: email support@spanio.app and we will send you a copy of your data, or delete it on request. A person reads that inbox.
Spanio is a US-focused service, and your data is processed in the United States. If you’re in the UK or the EU, you also have the right to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. We rely on your consent and on the need to perform our contract with you as the bases for processing. Exercise any of these by emailing support@spanio.app; you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Spanio is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use it. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top, and for anything material we’ll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
Anything at all: support@spanio.app.
