These are the terms for using Spanio, the lifestyle-habit web app at spanio.app, operated by [ENTITY NAME](currently a sole proprietorship pre-incorporation). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. We’ve kept them plain; they’re still a real agreement.
Spanio asks you about everyday habits, then uses an engine built on published longevity research to show you an educational estimate of your health trajectory and a practical plan of habits to improve it. It is a tool for thinking about lifestyle — nothing more, nothing less.
Spanio is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. The numbers are estimates with honest ranges, not predictions. Please read our Not Medical Advice page — it is part of these terms.
The core number and your top habit are free, with no account needed. A paid membership unlocks the full plan. Here are the billing terms, exactly as we state them at checkout:
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. You can update your card or download invoices from the billing portal any time. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may apply depending on where you are. We’ll give notice before any price change and it will only ever affect future renewals.
Please don’t:
We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service or these terms.
The Spanio app, engine, plans, guides, recipes, workouts, text, and design are ours (or our licensors’) and protected by intellectual-property law. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for yourself while your account is active — not to copy, redistribute, or build a competing product from them. What you enter — your answers — stays yours; you simply give us permission to use it to run the service for you.
Spanio is provided “as is.”We work hard to make the estimates careful and the app reliable, but we can’t promise the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or exactly right for your body — no lifestyle estimate can. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties we haven’t explicitly made here.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spanio and [ENTITY NAME]won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the estimates and plans. If we’re ever found liable despite that, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law says can’t be limited. Health decisions belong between you and a qualified professional.
We may improve, change, or occasionally pause parts of Spanio. If we materially change these terms, we’ll update the date above and tell you before the change affects you. Continuing to use Spanio after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located there.
